- Equipped with a double-capacity jumbo bobbin core, increasing bottom thread capacity and reducing the frequency of bobbin changes.
- The machine features automatic pattern angle correction, allowing users to set the desired angle range. This ensures compatibility with large spools for any pattern configuration.
- The presser foot height can be set and automatically adjusted during the carbon fiber placement and stitching process to accommodate different material thicknesses.
- Equipped with bobbin and upper thread breakage detection, as well as bobbin thread and upper thread tension adjustment functions.
- Multiple machine structure options are available to suit various production needs: bridge-type structure with left-right material feeding, bridge-type structure with front-rear material feeding, and gantry-type structure with left-right material feeding.
