Equipment Advantages
- Roll fabric unwound and folded as flat fold state, to achieve the tension free for fabric placing.
- Wave type air blowing device, in loosening fabric process, fabric is relaxed by the blowing device.
- Adopted frequency variator driving the stepless speed control, more stable when fabric relaxation. Any speed can be set freely.
- Special air-blowing device, create vibration for fabric, speed up the fabric tension release.
- Electronic scale measurement and display can measure fabric length accurately.
- Forward and reverse control, can loosen fabric with right or wrong side and backward for rewinding.
- Intelligent controller for edge-to-edge alignment, makes fabric folded neatly after relaxation.
- Inverter controls the front fabric roller, and electronic sensor detected the fabric present, then delay to stop fabric placing to ensure tension free fabric placement.
- Inverter for stepless speed control, relaxation speed and air-blowing capacity can be adjusted, in order to fulfill various types of fabric.
