Equipment Advantages
•Bale Opener:
Used for the primary loosening of fiber cotton in large bales (up to 300KG per batch) and automatic feeding to the fiber opener, replacing manual feeding.
•Fiber Opener (Cotton Opener):
Suitable for opening PP cotton. Further loosens and blends previously opened fibers, then conveys them to the next process via a carding blower.
Output: 300-350KG/hour.
•Air-Compressed Pearl Cotton Ball Machine:
Produces small, pearl-sized filling balls from hollow staple fibers such as 3D32, 4D32, 6D51, 7D51, 15D64.
•Storage Hopper:
Buffers loosened fiber or pearl cotton (up to 20KG) from the opener and deliver to different filling stations, with buffer and mixing functions.
•Weighing Workstation:
Used for weighing products after filling, accuracy ±2g.
•Waste Fiber Opener:
Used for opening and recycling residual non-woven fabric materials. (fabric content ≤20%). Output: 80KG/hour.
