Equipment Advantages

  1. Functionality

    Transfers various types of bundled fibers to the feeding lattice at a set speed and proportion; supports multi-unit operation.

    Photoelectric automatic control for fiber feeding, variable-frequency speed adjustment for the spiked lattice to ensure precise fiber supply.

    Aluminum alloy extra-large weighing hopper, with a max capacity of 3kg per hopper. Pneumatic control allows up to 3 openings per minute, ensuring accurate electronic weighing.

  2. Structural Design

    Machine frame made from Q235-A steel, featuring CNC laser cutting, CNC bending, and modular assembly.

    Spiked lattice uses high-quality wooden spikes, reinforced with thick canvas and wooden support strips.

    Feeding conveyor consists of two segmented open leather belts, arranged in an interlocking high-low pattern.
