Equipment Advantages

New computer control system: friendly HMI, flexible operation, large storage capacity, and high-precision running of the machine.
Capable of switching between flat embroidery, cap embroidery, and tubular embroidery.
Large storage capacity: up to 130 million stitches as standard.
Power Failure Protection Function: The machine can automatically locate the pause state before the power failure and resume embroidery in case of a sudden power outage.
Pattern editing functions:
- Patterns can be scaled up or down in 1% increments, ranging from 50% to 200%.
- Patterns can be rotated in 1° increments, with a rotation range from 0° to 89°.
- Functions include rotating, scaling, copying, deleting, and editing patterns. The system allows for software limit setting, making it convenient for specialized embroidery tasks such as tubular embroidery and cap embroidery.
Frame movement function: The frame can move based on stitches, color changes, or a specified number of stitches.
New type of table board: high hardness and excellent wear resistance.
Standard Configuration:
- Casters are equipped in the machine, making transportation and movement more convenient.
- Thread guide tube ensures stable thread movement and prevents thread tangling or detachment.
Automation functions:
