With forward-looking strategic vision and solid technological strength, RaiseAgain is spearheading a revolution in the apparel manufacturing sector centered on apparel micro-factories. Its flagship demonstration project, Custom Jeans (CJ), stands at the forefront of this innovation drive. The project accurately captures the global shift in apparel consumption from large-scale, homogeneous production to highly personalized customization. It also delivers tailored solutions for distinct demands across regions: addressing the challenges of manufacturing revitalization in Europe, America, Japan and Australia, overcoming infrastructure constraints in Africa, and meeting domestic Chinese enterprises' pursuit of high quality, low costs and high efficiency.
The Custom Jeans (CJ) project fully implements the concept of Six Industrial Digitalization, achieving end-to-end upgrading via six major digital systems. It builds a smart production foundation with CAD, automated equipment and the Internet of Things. Meanwhile, management systems and data platforms connect the whole workflow covering orders, production and market operations. Integrated with all relevant technologies, the complete system serves as an intelligent production solution that enables efficient personalized customization and flexible responses to dynamic market demands.

Looking back on a century of changes in the apparel industry, traditional production models can no longer keep pace with market demands.
