The Baodi District Federation of Trade Unions has released the list of 2025 key supported Model Worker and Craftsman Talent Innovation Studios, with 33 studios standing out. Tianjin RaiseAgain SM Co., Ltd.’s Wang Junling Model Worker Innovation Studio and Li Shuai Craftsman Talent Innovation Studio have both been selected as key supported projects. This is not only a full recognition by the Federation of Trade Unions of the studios’ innovative achievements and commitment to craftsmanship, but also a strong encouragement for RaiseAgain to deepen its focus on intelligent manufacturing and advance its innovation‑driven development strategy.
Wang Junling Model Worker Innovation Studio


Founded in October 2024, the Wang Junling Model Worker Innovation Studio is led by National May 1st Labor Medal recipient Wang Junling and brings together 13 core members. Based at the R&D Center of Tianjin RaiseAgain SM Co., Ltd., the studio is committed to tackling technical challenges, driving innovation in key areas and enhancing the company’s core competitiveness. The studio has led the rollout of the EDOS information management system to improve management efficiency and has carried out R&D and commercialization of a number of market oriented products. At the same time, the studio places great emphasis on talent development, supporting employees’ growth through systematic training, continuously cultivating professional and technical talent, improving the overall technical level, fostering a culture of innovation for all, and providing solid technical support for the development of the industry.

Wang Junling, a member of the Communist Party of China, is currently Deputy General Manager of Tianjin RaiseAgain SM Co., Ltd., with nearly 20 years of experience in high‑end intelligent equipment manufacturing and digital management. She has received honors such as the National May 1st Labor Medal and the title of National Model Worker in the Textile Industry. Many of the projects she has led have reached an internationally advanced level. She proposed and led the implementation of the company’s “Six Modernizations” strategy and successfully promoted its digital transformation. She has also supported the National Top 10 Fashion Pattern Maker Competition for ten consecutive years, making active contributions to the development of the industry.
Main Achievements of the Studio
Since its establishment, the Wang Junling Model Worker Innovation Studio has set the strategic goal of achieving the “Six Modernizations” (computerized design, machine automation, resource networking, information‑based management, data‑driven operations and intelligent production), actively promoted digital transformation, successfully launched the independently developed EDOS management system, and led the R&D and production of more than ten products, including the New High‑Speed Multi‑Functional Embroidery Machine and Home Textile Automated Production Line. The studio attaches great importance to intellectual property protection, having applied for 27 patents and obtained 16 software copyrights. Two papers written by the team have been awarded the titles of Excellent Paper and Pioneering Paper in the industry, and the carbon fiber laying and sewing machine developed by the studio was recognized as a CISMA 2025 “Themed Demonstration Product”, fully demonstrating its innovative strength in intelligent manufacturing and digitalization.
Li Shuai Craftsman Talent Innovation Studio


Founded in November 2024, the Li Shuai Craftsman Talent Innovation Studio is led by Li Shuai, a recognized Technological Innovation Figure in China’s garment industry,
and brings together 13 core R&D members with an average of more than eight years of experience in fields such as embedded development, software architecture and auto
matic control. Based at the R&D Center of Tianjin RaiseAgain Software Co., Ltd., the studio focuses on R&D of industrial software and intelligent electronic control systems.
Guided by the concept of “Craftsmanship‑Driven Intelligent Manufacturing and Innovation‑Driven Development”, the studio is deeply engaged in customized industrial
control software and embedded systems, tackling technical challenges such as real‑time scheduling. In electronic control systems, it focuses on R&D for intelligent
equipment and IoT control, forming end‑to‑end solutions from hardware drivers to upper‑layer applications and striving to build an innovation platform that integrates
technical breakthroughs, results commercialization and talent development.

Li Shuai, a graduate of Wuhan University of Science and Technology, is currently the General Manager of Tianjin RaiseAgain Software Co., Ltd. and a member of the Science and Technology Committee of China Sewing Machinery Association. He has led the team to successfully develop a full range of mask production lines and multiple electronic control platforms, enabling a number of products to reach an internationally leading level and winning the Tianjin Science and Technology Progress Award. He has
personall yreceived honors such as Outstanding Individual in Talent Development in China’s Textile Industry and Annual Technological Innovation Figure in China’s Garment Industry and has actively participated in the formulation and revision of national and industry standards, contributing to the standardized development of the
industry.
Main Achievements of the Studio
The Li Shuai Craftsman Talent Innovation Studio has successfully developed six control systems, including an industrial IoT platform and a garment AI cloud intelligent
manufacturing system, and has obtained 17 patents and software copyrights. In 2024, core team members were awarded the title of “Baodi District Young Post Expert”.
Five papers authored by the studio have been included in the proceedings of the National Textile and Garment Technological Innovation Conference, one of which was
rated as an Excellent Paper. In 2024, studio leader Li Shuai was named “Baodi District Outstanding Scientific and Technological Worker”, and a project under his
leadership received the Second‑Class Award of the Tianjin Science and Technology Progress Award.
Looking ahead, RaiseAgain will build on this honor to reach new heights. The company will continue to uphold the business philosophy of “Rooted in China, Serving the
